Just like actual College Football, the way you structure your coach is going to drastically affect how your team is built/how they play.
There are 3 backstories for players to mould their coach after, with 11 further archetypes within that they haven't shared just yet.
These backstory are:
- Recruiter
- Motivator
- Tactician
Depending on how you want to be known within your college, it will affect whether you can sway that one last recruit to your school or rally the team behind your voice.
