Larian Studios showed off their latest project at The Game Awards 2025, and thanks to much speculation, fans were anticipating Divinity 3, and were correct as the game received its first official cinematic.
However, Larian is already building anticipation around the game, and we're going to run over what we know about an eventual release date.

While Larian has been an established developer for quite some time now, their popularity and entry into mainstream gaming took a drastic turn during 2023 with the release of Baldur's Gate 3.
Now, their next title will be set in the other universe that they're known for, and the Divinity series is still their largest franchise, to the surprise of many.
In terms of a release date for the next mega-title from Larian, we currently aren't too sure, and we're going to assume that late 2026 or 2027 is ideally when we'll see Divinity 3.
