The event itself has been confirmed by Overwatch, as they posted a little snippet of a comic where Ramattra dawns the power of Megatron, and thus, will be getting a skin when it releases.
In terms of a release date, players won't have to wait long, as the skins are going to be release on July 9, and there might be some other goodies in store for players.
