The 6v6 Overwatch style of team shooter features a wide array of heroes and the first alpha was a blast for players.
Now, we're gearing up to partake in the next Closed Beta, which is going to introduce the Cosmic Selection pick/ban system.

Marvel Rivals is the next multiplayer game that will encompass the entire Marvel universe, and it will combine the elements of Overwatch and Paladins that players have grown to love over the years.
Now, we're going to be getting another chance to test the game, which will feature a pick/ban system in some of the higher ranks, allowing players to have a bit more strategy when it comes to their game.
Competitive Bans: From Diamond III rank and above, matches will feature Cosmic Selection (if all team members meet the requirement). Each team member can vote to Banish one hero to the Ban slot. The more votes a hero has, the higher possibility it will be Banished. Once a hero is Banished, neither team can select that hero for the match.
They've noted that this could increase once more heroes are in the game, and this feature will not be available in lower ranks/quick play.
