We’re entering the finale of the 14th season of League of Legends, and this all this said, it doesn’t appear Riot is going to stop anytime soon with the patches.
Now, with Arcane Season 2 coming to a wrap, Riot has announced some substantial changes coming to the game for Season 1 of 2025.
One of these is an extensive overhaul of Viktor's visuals, along with an ultimate rework and we're going to go over when this will be released.
League of Legends: When Does Viktor's Rework Release? Answered
The next League of Legends hero to be getting a rework has all but been confirmed with some new leaks indicating that it'll be Viktor.
Aside from his overall appearance being changed, as noted below. Viktor's ultimate is also getting some changes.
- Viktor's rework is primarily focused on updating his visuals, audio, and backstory
- His gameplay remains the same but his ultimate now gets bigger with every kill until the ult is over
Viktor's rework should be released when Season 1 of 2025 kicks off, which is set to be around January 3rd at the time of writing.
