Escape From Tarkov is the hardcore extraction shooter that fits a perfect niche within the gaming community, and fans have adored the title for quite some time now.
Now, with a brand new wipe in the works, BattleState Games has released the first wave of invites for Tarkov Arena, and we’re going to run over how players will be able to access this.

How To Access Escape From Tarkov Arena
Tarkov typically has its wipe every six months or so, with the last one occurring back in August 2023; so, at first glance, it appears to be a bit early for a brand new Tarkov wipe, this time, it is a special circumstance. During the December 2022 wipe, they added the most recent map, Streets of Tarkov.
Now, for December 2023, they’ve launched Arena, the TDM style of Tarkov that has been in the works for quite some time. Naturally, players are going to want to jump in as soon as they can, but there’s a catch here.
While we’d like to see Battle State Games release Arena for everyone right away, they’ve gone ahead and sent out invites to the lucky players who have been picked to dive into the game first. They’re going to be rolling these out throughout the week it appears, and we also recommend checking your Tarkov launcher to see if it allows you to download Arena.
