Destiny 2 has consistently been one of the most played live service games throughout the years, and as players embark during the Lightfall DLC, we’re slowly approaching The Final Shape.
However, Bungie has revealed the brand new Prismatic subclass coming to Destiny 2, and it looks epic.

Destiny 2 Prismatic Subclass: What We Know, Types and More
The Final Shape was originally slated to release in February of 2024, and this is also around when most players expect annual Destiny 2 updates, so it wasn’t much of a surprise for players.
However, the DLC is now coming in June of 2024 and players are going to be able to check out the brand new Prismatic subclass, which is going to use the forces of Light and Dark combined into one.
Bungie has noted the following on this subclass.
Guardians will wield the Light and Darkness together for the first time to unleash the Prismatic subclass. This subclass introduces new options to enhance and customize each playstyle with the combination of multiple element types.
We can speculate that as we get closer to the release date of June 4, we’ll start to unpack some more information regarding the classes abilities.
